Class Project

Thanks to Jill I have started a cute project with my class. We are making homemade Chi pets. We are calling them our grass men! I had planted mine on Tuesday night, and by Friday there was just a few little, short sprouts. So after reading Jill's blog about hers I thought I might need to add more seeds to make mine have a full head of "hair". So Friday I added more seeds and dirt. I just thought I would share what I discovered this morning when I got to work.

The grass had pushed up the new layer of dirt and seeds. I found this pretty funny!

Our "grass men" minus their mouths.

Well, I better get to bed. The next two days are going to busy and stressful. Testing!!

Good Night

they look so good!!!!!!!!!! ours are HUGE today!!! i can't believe how much they keep growing! i think we're doing haircuts tomorrow as a reward for people who have good behavior. it's a taks testing day, so there's no outside recess. hoping the grass-cutting will keep them quiet. love love love them!
