Before and After: Part 1

I was scanning some picture onto my computer of the before and after of our house. I thought it would be a good idea to document it on here as well as be able to share it with all of you. It was a lot of work and I am proud of it. Even though we are SO FAR from being done with the remodeling I am happy with what we have accomplished so far.

I will start with the kitchen:

(notice the ugly blue "stick down" tile, and how it dosen't even cover all of the floor!)


After:

(New cabinets and counter tops are the next on the list, that is when we save up for them.)


(please excuse the unorganized mess above the washer and dyer, this pic was before the hubs did his organizing magic!)


I made the curtains. =) If you can tell they match the chair covers.


(New folding doors are another thing on "the list")




I will leave you with one more after photo! I found this photo from the summer before last right after I had lost about 40+ pounds.
