Overload of Feelings

I want to start this post by saying thank you to all of you that prayed for us. I received a lot of sweet comments on my last post about our struggle to have a baby, and it made me feel extremely blessed that I have special blog friends like you!
(I had a whole paragraph explaining our day, but it ended up being more of a page to just get to my point....so I will try to summarize)
Friday:
We end up arguing on our way to Fort Smith, so it was a LONG trip. We ended up not talking to each other for about an hour of the trip. So I just prayed the whole way to the doctor's office. We end up feeling better after the test was over, and started to talk a little more. ha
They had told us that it would take them about an hour to get the results to my doctor. I called the doctor's office a couple of hours later hoping to as least talk to the nurse and ended up just leaving a message. It was about 7:00 at night when my phone rang, it was the doctor!!!! He had called to tell me that Jake is fertile and his count looked fine! Not the highest, but ok and to keep trying. PRAISE the LORD! As soon as I hung up the phone I started crying. Tears of Joy.
I just have so many feelings right now, but the main one is happiness! Knowing that nothing is wrong with us medically helps me to be at peace a little easier. That night in bed I kept thanking God that nothing was wrong and that I understand that it will be in HIS time. I just need to keep that in mind each month if I see a negative. So many things happened Friday that seemed like coincidences, but it was God trying to show us he is listening and in charge.

That's some good news! Just keep trying, after all practice makes perfect!!! ;)

Have you had your progesterone check at all, btw? That was my problem...we were both able to have kids, but my progesterone was so low that I couldn't keep a pregnancy without taking medicine.

Now, I have two beautiful healthy children!

Good Luck!

d and i had the same tests done and got the same results. his count was a little low, but the doc said it just meant it might take us longer. did i ever tell you the things we did the month that it worked? it could be TOTAL coincidence, but who knows. we tried in the mornings that month instead of at night and it worked like a charm??? no telling. just know i'm praying for you!!!
